I'm planning to use this as a kind of yardstick of my progress. I'm going to do a copy of it every three months for comparison.
I'm quite pleased with it, but when I look at it, I think, 'The face is just a little too narrow, the neck just a bit too long, the head is tilted slightly the wrong way..." little stuff that will improve with more practice. Also time. It took me about three hours. Next one will be shorter.

Actually, although I see improvements in individual features, I think that the first copy has a better overall look...
