Numquid Lingua Latina sciunt? Numquid seminaria Catholica?
Have none of these rectors heard of Veterum Sapientiae? For heaven's sake, it's an apostolic constitution, bearing far more magisterial weight than any encyclical (or USCCB document) and it's written by their favorite pope, Bl. John XXIII.
