Get ON with it, you people!
I want one of these now worse than I ever wanted a flying jet car. I flatly refuse to go to my grave before flying in one, so on yer bikes!
And, a blast from the past,
the arrival of the Graf Zeppelin in New York in 1929.
Why didn't the 20th century work out better, dammit?

the Aeroscraft Cruiser. In fact, I think I just want to live on one. Never set foot on this crap planet again.

Very cool! I showed my 14 year old son who is in Air Cadets. He is studying flight and wouldn't believe those videos.
I loved watching that gentleman who was climbing some sort of scaffolding on top of a building. Casually carrying the tripod and camera with a cigarette dangling from his mouth. Then he takes out his lighter and lights his cigarette.
Oh, cadets. I LOVED cadets. They only had Army where I lived, but it was really great. Running about playing guerilla war games til all hours of the night, and orienteering, wilderness survival, shooting, hiking, camping. Soooo much fun!
Last year he was the captain of the shooting team. The best shooter becomes the captain. I really wasn't sure if I was supposed to be happy about that!
This is a busy week here! Nov 11 is next Sunday.
Alex loves it! Can't believe how many times he's been up in gliders, Cessnas and helicopters.
I told him maybe he'll be piloting one of these funky airships!
