Dear Hilary,Thank you very much for your informative update re: gynecological issues. My mother died 15 years ago of an aggressive ovarian cancer and I am at high risk for developing the same. So I not only have a general interest in all things medical but a personal one wrt gynecological cancers.Also, the news that you have been approved for the experimental treatment is wonderful. Continuing prayers that you have an excellent outcome.If I may: a suggestion about the scarf vs. wig decision: be flexibile and get both. The scarf is oh-so-convenient, great for "slumming" and those other advantages you mentioned. But the wig can be handy if you want to dress up for Sunday Mass, or, now that you are famous, the odd press conference or photo-shoot.
