Yes it is. The priest is the notorious Don Gallo who was the face of Catholic Communism in Italy, never rebuked by any bishop for any number of deviances from the Holy Faith. His faith was in Marx, not Christ, whom he thought a good communist. At his funeral the infamous homosexualist who calls himself Vladimir Luxuria, "Vladimire Lust" was filmed receiving Holy Communion from the hands of Cardinal Bagnasco, the head of the Italian bishops' conference who officiated.
