Why don't you go buy some good books about Islam and the Middle East, or even better, chat up some Brits who've lived there for some time (there are many such people what with all the Arab countries that used to be British colonies) rather than linking to the hate-filled columns of a die hard Zionist Muslim-hating site?

What I am urging you to do is to have the intellectual courage to look into the opinions of Middle East's Catholics, such as the Chaldeans, the Maronites, and the other Roman Catholics.
They are hardly the Lefties you abhor, but they also reject the Fox "News," pseudo Ku Klux Klan, "Arabs filthy, Whites good" nonsense of ignorant right-wing sites.
In short, I am urging you to try to be a cultured Conservative rather than an ignorant Conservative.
I think that behind closed doors most civilized people would sympathize with you on those two. But they would look askance not at all criticisms of Islam, but at those critiques.
