It actually looks like they could have been from the Quebec City Eucharistic Congress - those were the colours.

I wonder if that is the Pentecost vestments for the 60+ crowd?
I notice the word 'Creator' at the front. Is 'Saviour' and 'Sanctifier' on there?

Can't help wondering about the anemic hockey stick that seems to go with it. . . .

The Hockey Stick has a lot of symbolism to it. Whereas a traditional bishops crosier could hold on to you, this one lets you get away.

As for the chasuble, at least there's not a stole on top aping the prot style
