Does it, though? Walked the Camino de Santiago myself (just from the Spanish/French border, though, not from my home), and noticed this made me rather intolerant of any cinematic/biographic renderings of it. Too theatralic, all of them (saying this though I partly owe my converion to Catholicism to it).
