Humans!
They really are a howl.
H/T to Vic who is in New York right now attending a Comic Con.
I recognized midtown and of course the FDNY ambulance and the top of the picture before I scrolled down to the caption. As a New Yorker I just figured, okay, that's not normal: what are those four- and five-year old kids doing being carted around like that? Those aren't toddlers. Yikes.
