Ohh! I'm in nerd heaven!

I am of the opinion, despite my addiction to SG1, that there really have only been two original science fiction television series produced in the last 40 years.

    Yo, Hilary Jane!

I like to read science fiction. But most SF movies and TV shows have let me cold, even hostile to them. After reading SF masterpieces by Poul Anderson, Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Sir Arthur Clark, Robert Heinlein, Andre Norton, etc., etc., practically all SF movies/TV shows seem so lame to me. They come across to me as primitive, weak in plot and character development, and far too reliant on special effects. And the depiction of non human rational beings in these movies is especially ludicrous in both appearance and character development!

    Sincerely, Sean M. Brooks

But, what is it? Is it real? Was there some series I missed?

  4. Besides star-trek, I believe the other series is Bonanza in outer-space, or Star-ship Galactica. It seems that with the exception of Pa Cartwright, the other characters are from various series but dressed in Star-Trek uniforms.

  5. And one of those series is Star Trek: The Next Generation.

    I know you love it.

BTW, you remind me of Deanna Troy.
