Beauty, a signpost to The Real

Beauty, not as Scruton says, a substitute for religion, but as a signpost to the Truth.
Thank you for pointing me in the way of Mr. Scruton. I have really been enjoying these videos. Have you run across Leonard Porter yet? You might enjoy his work. I began his career as a modern artist but then rejected that, embracing classical and religious subjects and techniques. He has done some very lovely paintings and church murals.
