Hey! I wrote that sentence!

Well, at least I know David Virtue is reading us. That's cool.
For almost a thousand years (500 A.D. to 1500 A.D.) - long before Henry VIII - the Church in England was known - and admired - for its independence from the influence of foreign potentates, be they secular or clerical. O tempora, o mores.
