Haven't touched the noisesome stuff since March. I had a semifreddo for dolce the other night, and enjoyed it, but it was so sweet it nearly knocked me out of my chair. Once you go off for a while you really don't like it much any more.
Peanut butter is much better for you, thankfully, but you probably can't find it over there.I once tried to make my own low-carb Nutella with hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, Splenda, and some vanilla whey powder, all in a food mixer. I can't remember if I added anything else. It turned out pretty well on the second or third attempt but I also can't remember the proportions I used. If you want to experiment...
